I
write this to thank you for the superior service you have
been providing.
As
a volunteer bookkeeper/controller for Greenfield Hill
Congregational Church and for Operation Hope of Fairfield,
I was at my wits end trying to process credit card contributions
the two organizations received. When I called on the processors
for help I spent literally hours on the telephone with
no results other than “we will send you a form.”
No one appeared to give a hoot about what I was trying
to accomplish; they just wanted me off the phone.
You
came in, listened to my needs, understood and resolved
them. You put in place different services for the two
organizations because their needs were different. You
processed all the required paperwork, trained me how to
use the services and resolved the inevitable glitches.
All this was done under the intense pressures of year-end
charitable contributions being processed. Several “crisis”
phone calls to you were settled immediately. You knew
how to get it done.
I
